Job Description

We are seeking an Application Specialist / Consultant for clinical workplace systems with a focus on medication processes. With the ability to work remotely across Germany, you will be crucial in implementing and optimizing our ORBIS Medication product for our clients.

Tasks

• Lead the introduction of the ORBIS Medication product, including electronic curve management, for our clients.
• Implement IT solutions related to medication through installation, configuration, operation, and client handover.
• Conduct kick-off meetings, lead workgroups, and adapt IT systems to clinical processes.
• Prepare and follow-up on project-specific meetings, trainings, and workshops.
• Assume partial project management responsibilities.
• Conduct current state analyses and ideal state concepts.
• Create conceptual documentation and collaborate with project management, support, and development teams.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, medical informatics, or equivalent IT, pharmaceutical, or medical education.
• Experience in ward communication, OR, anesthesia, ICU, care workplace, or patient administration is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of hospital medication processes.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the DACH region.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
