About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Administrator to join our expanding team of 340 employees. This position is initially limited to two years and is suitable for part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the collection of membership contributions and resolve discrepancies in contribution accounts.
• Establish installment/payment agreements and oversee their compliance.
• Investigate unclear incoming payments, allocate as necessary, initiate enforcement actions, and manage contributions reduction and cancellation.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a legal assistant or in a commercial discipline.
• Preferably knowledgeable in enforcement and insolvency law.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• Quick comprehension, structured and logical thinking, flexibility, and resilience.
