About the Role
You're not just dialing numbers; you're a strategic partner for our clients. You'll handle complex pricing challenges and position 7Learnings as the solution. Your role involves:
- Consultative Sales: Conduct sales talks at C-Level and Head-of-positions.
- Deal Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from the first demo call to the signature event.
- Scale-Up Spirit: Optimize our sales playbooks and define best practices for the team.
- Impact: Direct influence on our ARR growth, helping to establish the "Pricing-Optimization" category.
Requirements
- Track Record: 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in Retail/E-Commerce or MarTech.
- Solution Selling: Ability to explain complex products simply and sell based on value, not price.
- Closing Mentality: Driven by success, data-focused, and skilled in negotiation.
- Language Skills: Fluent German (C2) for the DACH market and English for international communication.
